You can think about problems all you want, but thinking about your life means nothing if you don’t live your life.
Living should always come first.
- Having an experience? Experience it.
- Scared of something? Let the fear happen (and maybe do something about it if you need to).
- Struggling? Find a way to struggle less, or to accept the struggle so it’s less unpleasant.
- Flinching away from what you want? Attack the flinch and find a way forwards.
Trying to figure out what’s “actually” happening gets in the way of letting it happen. It’s a rational distraction, not the point of life. Think just enough to find a step forwards, then take it.
